GOODS LOST OR DELAYED IN TRANSIT

  • Every effort has been made by Pica-Gear’s shipping team to ensure your order has been prepared and picked up by the shipping company properly. Goods lost or delayed in transit are the responsibility of the elected shipping company and can offer help and support on an individual, case by case basis.
  • Pica-Gear does not provide cargo liability or insurance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Pica-Gear reserves the right to cancel an order or suspend or delay delivery without being liable for any loss or damage caused by any reason beyond our control
  • If an order is cancelled by Pica-Gear, it is with the entire understanding that the funds will be returned to the customer.

SHORTAGES AND DESCREPANCIES

  • Shortages, discrepancies and goods that arrive  ‘damaged’ right out of the box must be notified to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt. Please email our team about this topic at cs@pica-gear.com with the title ‘Pica-Gear-Customer Care’ in the email subject line.
  • Please send images of the defective articles along with your email for thePica-Gear Team's initial evaluation.

RETURNS

  • Customers wishing to return goods for any reason must initially contact the store or point of purchase.
  • Check out the Pica-Gear website to identify distributor and contact methods in your country.

  • If your purchased this item from Pica-Gear directly, please contact our Customer Services Department at cs@pica-gear.com to obtain a Customer Returns Number and authority, which will be provided once we are satisfied the Return is valid.
  •  Once you have the Customer Returns Number, please return the defective product to Pica-Gear along with the proof of purchase. 
  • Shipment of the defective product is at the customer’s own risk and expense.
  • Once the goods are received by us, we will test the products that are identified by you as faulty, and report back to you. Faulty products will be credited in full. Returns to us for non-faulty goods will be reported back to you upon receipt.

GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNMARKED PACKAGING. Goods not returned to us in original packaging will be returned to you.

CATALOGUES AND BROCHURES

·         All descriptions and illustrations of goods in any catalogue, brochure, price list or in any other document provided by us are intended for general guidance only, and do not form part of any contract between you and us.

·         We accept no liability for any error or omission in such documents and cannot be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such information.

12 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY

·         WARNING : Self-made changes or modifications to Pica-Gear products will void your warranty.

·         This PICA-POD product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.

  • The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment.
  • Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider.
  • If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
  • This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation, personal safety or maintenance.
  • EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from country to country.

  • Warranty does not apply to carrying bag, smart device, camera, and other accessories you may use with our products.
